This site is a catalog. Checkout, payment and delivery belong to our retail partner — here is what that means in practice.
Slendor keeps the catalog here: the sizes, the load ratings, the folded dimensions, the photographs. There is no cart on this site and no card form. Every buy button hands you over to our retail partner, and from that moment the order lives in your account there — payment, packing, carrier, tracking and delivery date included.
That is why you will not find a shipping-rate table on this page. Cost and speed depend on the option you pick at the partner store, on your address, and on any membership you already have with them. Oversized gear like the XXL chairs and the heat presses can carry its own handling rules there, which is another reason the number that matters is the one at their checkout.

The tracking link appears in your partner order as soon as the label is printed, and goes live at the carrier’s first scan — a quiet tracking page on the first evening is normal, not a lost box. We have no access to that record and cannot look it up for you.
Delivery reach, including Alaska, Hawaii, rural routes and APO/FPO addresses, is set by the partner. The address form at their checkout will tell you immediately whether a given item reaches you, and oversized items are where the answer most often differs.
